Getting started

Do I need any special setup to use Pulse?

No. Pulse is fully cloud-based. You can access it from any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Can I try Pulse before subscribing?

Absolutely. You can start with our Free Trial — it includes up to 30 days or 2000 POS invoices, whichever comes first. No credit card required.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Pulse?

No. Pulse is built by pharmacists, to pharmacists — you and your staff can use it from day one without prior training or technical expertise.

How is my product data migrated to Pulse?

Our team handles your data migration to ensure a smooth go-live. You upload your product list (Excel file), and all products are imported — with or without barcodes. Products with barcodes are preferred and go live immediately. For items without barcodes, our system processes them in the background without interrupting your POS. Any items that require manual review are completed by our team within 48 hours, and you’ll be notified when ready. You can also choose whether to keep your own product names or map them to Aumet’s standardized catalog.

Can I use Pulse on my mobile?

Yes, Pulse includes a dedicated mobile app so you can manage your pharmacy on the go.

Does Pulse work offline?

Yes. The POS module includes offline functionality, so you can continue operating during internet outages — your data will sync once you’re back online.
